丛台深耕东盟，聚焦流体润滑｜苏州维多亚自动化越南商务考察之旅圆满收官

为精准把握越南机床、造纸产业对润滑冷却系统的市场需求，实地评估当地外商投资环境，加速越南 FDI 项目落地与本地化渠道布局，苏州维多亚自动化电气设备有限公司考察团于10 月 8 日 —10 月 18 日赴越南开展专项商务考察，并参观 MTA 越南机械制造展。

本次考察以润滑冷却系统为核心方向，重点面向机床加工、造纸两大赛道开展市场调研。考察团先后走访越南重点工业园区、造纸厂、精密机加工企业，与工厂负责人、本地经销商深入交流，摸清越南制造业在切削冷却、集中润滑、油液过滤、温控系统等方面的应用痛点、采购习惯与配套标准，调研当地供应链、运维、售后的落地难点。

期间，团队专程参观 MTA 机械展会，近距离观摩越南机床行业新品、自动化配套方案，对接行业上下游资源，与展商、专业采购商面对面交流，同步了解越南机械加工产业的发展趋势，挖掘润滑冷却配套项目合作机会。

同时，考察团围绕越南投资环境开展详实调研，重点摸排外资注册、厂房租赁、环评、财税、用工、物流等政策与实操条件，评估设立本地化服务站点、子公司的可行性，为后续海外投资规划收集一手信息。

交流中，维多亚团队向合作伙伴展示 KYTOLA、AUTONICS、A-ryung、CHEN YING 等品牌产品，以及在机床润滑冷却、造纸工艺流体控制上的成套配套方案，充分展现公司在流体控制、工控元器件领域的交付与技术服务能力，达成多项渠道与项目合作意向。

 accurately capture the market demand for lubrication and cooling systems in Vietnam’s machine tool and paper-making industries, evaluate the local foreign investment environment on-site, and accelerate the implementation of the Vietnam FDI project and local channel layout, the delegation of Suzhou Weidoya Automation Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. carried out a business investigation in Vietnam from October 8 to October 18, and visited the MTA Vietnam Manufacturing Technology Exhibition.

Centered on lubrication and cooling systems, this investigation targeted two key sectors: machine tool processing and paper manufacturing. The delegation visited key industrial parks, paper mills and precision machining enterprises across Vietnam. They held in-depth exchanges with factory managers and local distributors to identify application pain points, procurement habits and supporting standards of cutting cooling, centralized lubrication, oil filtration and temperature control systems in Vietnam’s manufacturing industry, as well as the practical difficulties of local supply chain, operation & maintenance and after-sales service.

During the trip, the team specially visited the MTA Vietnam Exhibition. They observed new products and automation supporting solutions for Vietnam’s machine tool industry, connected with upstream and downstream partners in the industry, communicated face-to-face with exhibitors and professional buyers, kept track of the development trend of Vietnam’s machining industry, and explored cooperation opportunities for lubrication and cooling supporting projects.

Meanwhile, the team conducted thorough research on Vietnam’s investment environment. They focused on investigating practical conditions and policies for foreign investment registration, factory leasing, EIA, finance & taxation, labor recruitment and logistics, and assessed the feasibility of setting up local service stations and subsidiaries, collecting first-hand information for subsequent overseas investment planning.

In communications with local partners, Weidoya introduced product lines of KYTOLA, AUTONICS, A-ryung, CHEN YING and other brands, as well as complete supporting solutions for machine tool lubrication & cooling and fluid control for paper-making processes. The company fully demonstrated its delivery capacity and technical service strength in fluid control and industrial control components, and reached a number of intended cooperation agreements on channels and projects.
